Okiemodokies. So I've been trying to get back into my neopets account, Rymmufaahlymmea for over three weeks now. I've got the password correct, it's just the birthdate which is irritating me because I can't seem to get the right one. I've wrote down all 27 guesses for the birthdate which I could think of that I may have used, but all are wrong.
I know there is the option of re-creating the pets on there but I don't want to because it would involve me changing the names slightly and I just...don't want to do that. I'm not entirely sure of who to contact on the site if they could help, or of what to say because I haven't logged on there for awhile I can't remember what I had on the account other than I had the valentines site layout in use. So would anyone on the TNT team there actually be able to help out or not? Because I'm not sure.
Would any of you guys know who to contact and like...who is a good member to contact because I know that there are a few...pains on the team regarding account issues so to say.

Charlotte's SUPER responsive when it comes to getting accounts back. You might not remember the birthday but as long as you can give her a record of what pets you created/abandoned/a couple items in the inventory, she *might* be able to give you the birthday (as well as a new password.) You just have to prove it's yours XD. Here's her email: charlotte@support.neopets.com
Hope she can help you, love =D

So I emailed her, and I've been waiting for days, but finally I've got a reply back. Not one I'm pleased with, though.
'Hello!
This account has been inactive for too long and cannot be returned. Please check to make sure you are spelling the username correctly and completely as this inactive account may not be the one you created. Please feel free to open a new account. Thank you for the email.
Charlotte'

Do you have that account neofriended with any of your others? If you do, check out how old it says you are, and you can find out what year you were supposedly born in. Then, go through manually and try and get back in that way.. You might've used a different year than you did for the others.

It makes me laugh that after the evidence I supplied her with, she can say that I didn't create it. ¬_¬
Lain: Yeah, I mean, I understand why they use it and such but sometimes it can become a bit tedious. I just want my account back! T__T
Mini: Uhhh, I do believe that I have it friended to my main account. I guess that going through all the dates like that is all I can do now... I think I'm going to learn from this to just stick to one birthdate. xD

Aww, I'm sorry, Callie. Unfortunately, birthdays = sort of important and stuff. xD. FORTUNATELY you get 3 guesses a day and there's only 365 days in a year that that /one/ day could fall on. xD.

Okay, something new here! I accidently sent it twice and I've now literally this moment got another reply from her, which is totally different.
'Hi!
Thank you for your e-mail.
You were asked to provide your birth date because you have not logged into this account for quite some time! This is a security measure to prevent someone from taking over your account.
Before I can help you with this I'll need some information to verify that this is your account. Please send me your username, names on your neofriends list, names of any pets that may have been disowned that you created, items attached to the pet(s), and any PREVIOUSLY USED passwords that only the creator of the account would know.
Also, please reply to this e-mail from the e-mail account that you used to sign up with. Thanks!
If you have any other questions, don't forget to include the entire text of this e-mail with your username clearly at the top. This will help me better address your situation.
Charlotte'
I've replied with all the information that I can give her with my poor memory, hopefully I'll be able to get my account back! *crosses fingers*

LOL Told you Charlotte rocks. XD. The first one would be a form email that she generally sends to anyone who requests information. (It's pretty much automatic, I swear.) Once she looks into your situation, however, she'll send you a more personalised response and help you out from there. XD When I was trying to get Hyonahill un-frozen, I provided very little information (as I'd never done much on the account.) She still gave it back to me. XD.

Mmkay, so I sent Charlotte all of the relevent information needed and ever since then I've not gotten a reply. I gave her pretty much all of the info she asked for from what I could remember. It's been absolute months and no reply, so I'm guessing that I'm going to have to re-create all of the characters on there. *sigh* Bad times.
